Island seafood on Phu Quoc, grilled pork rolls from Ninh Hoa near Nha Trang, mi quang in Da Nang, and cao lau, which is only made in Hoi An. The south and the center eat differently, and you notice it by day two.

At the Duong Dong night market, fish and crabs come straight out of the tank and onto the charcoal grill while you watch. It's a market, not a restaurant plate, and that's the whole point.

The island grows pepper for half the country. Fresh green peppercorns on the vine come straight to the table with seafood. It's a taste you won't find at home.

Charcoal-grilled pork sausage wrapped in rice paper with fresh herbs. It was invented an hour's drive from Nha Trang, and it's still made best right there.

The staple of the whole coast: squid from the morning catch, sliced into rings and grilled in front of you. The best is on the piers of Cam Ranh.

Yellow noodles in just a little broth, with peanuts and a rice cracker. It's the signature dish of Quang Nam province and is barely made outside central Vietnam.

Rice noodles with pork and crisp crackers. It's made only in Hoi An, and by tradition the water for the dough comes from one ancient well.

A crisp, loaded baguette that shows up on lists of the world's best sandwiches. The line outside is part of the experience.

In the south, coffee comes with condensed milk and ice, sipped slowly in the shade. It's not a quick break between excursions. It's how you wait out the midday heat.
Prices are per person for a group of two or more, double occupancy. For a solo traveler we quote separately: a single room and private excursions for one cost noticeably more. For three or more we also quote individually, and it usually works out cheaper.
Important: the three stops are connected by air only. Phu Quoc is an island, and there is no road to it. On the Light tier you buy the two domestic flights (Phu Quoc → Cam Ranh → Da Nang) and book the nine nights yourself. We name the exact flights and hotels that fit the program, but you pay for them.
Choose LightThe VIP section of the show has only 136 seats, so we book it in advance, together with the tour.
Choose VIPPrices are per person for a group of two or more, double occupancy.
The international flight to Phu Quoc and back from Da Nang is not included in any tier.

“All good, the girls are happy. Thank you again for organizing our vacation. Everyone really liked it, and all the guides did a great job.”

“Today's guide is really great. He told us a lot, never rushed us and fed us well. We've had three guides already, and this one is the best. A super comfortable trip.”

“We had two guides, Maria and Natalia. We liked both My Son and Hue. Hoi An is love.”

“We liked Ninh Binh, with its mountains and greenery. Trang An is very beautiful, and I'd like to go back and see more.”

“They have their own little restaurant, and the food is very good. There's also a pool with sun loungers on the grounds.”

“Fansipan is top. The town of Sapa itself is gorgeous. Ninh Binh could be a wonder, but it depends a lot on the weather. Probably only in summer. Visibility there was poor, but it's still captivating. Hanoi is noisy, very. Otherwise, northern Vietnam is beautiful.”

“Da Nang was a great surprise. We happened to catch the kite festival.”

Message us on TelegramFebruary and March are the window when all three stops are in season at once. Phu Quoc is dry with a calm sea, Nha Trang opens its long beach season, and Da Nang has the most comfortable weather of the year, at 23–25°C and almost no rain.
In January Phu Quoc and Nha Trang are great and Da Nang is cooler. From April the rainy season starts on Phu Quoc, and in autumn the rain moves to the center. Want different dates? Tell us which, and we'll check the weather at each stop and tell you honestly where that month is best.
