You choose. Each participant pays us directly from your list, and your margin reaches you separately: you never touch other people's money or expose your own card. Or participants pay you, and you settle with us for the confirmed headcount.

We run small groups: we price a trip from two or three participants, with a higher per-person price. Many start with a small trial trip so they can announce the second one with confidence. If you don't reach even that, the trip doesn't happen, but you've invested none of your own money: participants pay the deposit. We'll send the refund terms before the announcement.

Each participant buys their own international ticket: it's cheaper and more flexible on dates. All domestic flights, trains and transfers on the route are on us.

Russian citizens don't need a visa for up to 45 days. For everyone else we arrange a 90-day e-visa: our second company, Best Bus, handles it, and it's their core business.

Yes, it's our main strength. We insure every guest: a standard policy is included in every price we quote. A manager is reachable around the clock, and a Russian-speaking guide is with the group on tour days. On motorbike and cycling trips, a support vehicle follows the group with spare parts and luggage.

Services on the ground are provided by the ground operator, the participant's contract is with them, each person buys their own flight, and you run your own program. The line is where you collect the full price into your own account and sell it as “a tour from me.” We'll look at how you take payments and tell you plainly about the weak spots.

We have suppliers across the country and our own formula for working with them: agreements are kept on time, even during Tet. Bookings, transfers and guides are held by our manager, not you.

During Tet, the Vietnamese New Year (February 6 in 2027): a lot is closed, hotels cost twice as much, crowds. And in a region's red months. The season calendar above shows where and when.

We build the route and price within a week after the call. Gathering a group usually takes four to six weeks, and we close it two to four weeks before departure to leave time for bookings.
